Senior Full Stack Engineer (m,w,d)

Overview

You’ll be joining AIDAR as our core technical hire — a key role with real impact. The product is live, the beta is working, and now it’s time to scale it, evolve it, and make it truly shine. The role is designed to grow with the company, with increasing technical ownership over time.

We’re looking for a hands-on full-stack developer to take ownership across the entire stack — from backend infrastructure and data pipelines to AI-driven features and frontend implementation (Flutter!). You’ll work on core systems like APIs, data collection and preparation, and ship features end to end, from logic to UI. This role covers the full value chain, and you\'ll play a key part in shaping both the product and the underlying architecture. Experience with AI/ML or data-heavy systems is a plus, but at its core, this is a full-stack role with deep product impact.

This is a foundational role. You’ll work side by side with the founders, make key technical decisions, and help shape what comes next. As AIDAR grows, this role can evolve into a CTO-level position, owning technical strategy, architecture, and team development.
