We are looking for a Tech Lead or Senior Fullstack Developer with Tech Lead aspirations.

Responsibilities combine strong hands-on coding skills with technical leadership and architectural ownership.

Your Impact

• Contribute across the full development lifecycle — from concept to deployment
• Design and implement scalable backend and frontend systems
• Lead technical discussions and shape architectural decisions
• Mentor developers and foster high engineering standards
• Ensure performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability
• Act as technical point of contact within cross-functional teams

Tech Environment

• Angular
• RESTful APIs
• Relational databases
• Containerization (Docker)

Strong focus on microservices, automated testing, and clean architecture principles.

What You Bring

• 5+ years experience in fullstack development - backend focus preferred
• Ideally experience leading technical initiatives or teams
• Ability to effectively mentor and coach junior-senior colleagues
• Strong system design and architecture understanding
• Cloud and containerization experience
• Clear communication style and proactive mindset
