Responsibilities

• Drive technical development and strategic direction of metal pre‑treatment applications worldwide.
• Act as subject matter expert and trusted advisor for international key customers, delivering technical consulting and managing complex industrial challenges.
• Lead high‑impact global customer and product initiatives, from acquisition and onboarding to long‑term development.
• Orchestrate lifecycle of global product portfolio – new product introductions, harmonization, strategic positioning, audits and phase‑outs.
• Design and deliver internal training concepts focused on technical excellence, product differentiation and competitive advantages for diverse global teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive, hands‑on technical expertise in chemical specialties, ideally metal pre‑treatment and industrial‑scale applications.
• Documented success in managing complex projects, developing new business and engaging key accounts at a technical level.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); German and/or Mandarin are a strong plus.
• Exceptional ability to operate independently, paired with a hands‑on, results‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally (~50%) and engage on‑site with customers and subsidiaries across regions.
