As a Senior Implementation Specialist – Travel & Spend , you’ll be the go-to person for our SMB customers, ensuring their Travel and Spend accounts are set up efficiently, adopted quickly, and delivering value from day one, with a strong focus on German-speaking customers.
You’ll guide customers through Travel and Spend policies, configure workflows and approvals, and ensure they are fully equipped to start booking travel and managing expenses immediately after go-live. You’ll coordinate internal teams and customer stakeholders, including finance, HR, IT, travel managers, and occasionally external consultants, keeping everyone aligned around a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
With your strong product knowledge and technical curiosity, you’ll manage integrations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver a high-quality onboarding journey that sets customers up for long-term success.
