Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Requirements:

7+ years of project management experience with global, complex projects
Strong understanding of the modern data lake / lakehouse. Databricks knowledge is a strong completive advantage
Strong expertise in Data & BI landscapes (data integration, data modeling, visualization tools like SAC, Power BI)
Proven track record managing distributed delivery teams
Knowledge and good understanding of data platforms (cloud data lakes/warehouses, ETL/ELT, semantic modeling, reporting tools)
Familiarity with modern BI & analytics practices, data governance, and enterprise data strategies
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex environments
Ability to drive alignment across business and IT in a global organization
Track record of leading digital transformation and change management initiatives

Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Governance

Own the end-to-end delivery of Data/BI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives
Establish and drive program governance, reporting, risk management, and escalation processes
Define and manage project roadmap, milestones, budgets, and dependencies across streams

Stakeholder & Change Management

Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders
Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring buy-in across business units, technology, and vendors
Support organizational change management, ensuring adoption and value realization of solutions

Delivery Management

Oversee Data & BI solutions implementation
Ensure Data and Analytics platforms (data lakes, data warehouse, BI reporting, visualization tools) meet business needs
Manage multi-vendor environments, ensuring quality, performance, and timely delivery
