Job Description
We are looking for a commercially minded and energised Senior Key Account Manager to lead a team of 3 and help us grow the E-Commerce business for the LEGO Group in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Please note: This position will be based in our LEGO® Sales Office in Grasbrunn and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.

The E‑Commerce Channel is a critical driver of the company’s growth strategy, focused on harnessing the full potential of digital sales channels while aligning them with traditional retail efforts. By managing strategic e‑commerce partnerships and using data‑driven insights, the team ensures maximum revenue generation and brand visibility across all online touchpoints. This department plays a pivotal role in accelerating digital transformation, staying ahead of market trends, and delivering a seamless, customer‑centric experience that strengthens the brand’s presence in the dynamic world of e‑commerce.
The Sr. KAM plays a critical role in supporting this omnichannel vision by managing a key customer account, ensuring alignment between online and offline strategies, and leading a high‑performing team.
