(Senior) Legal Counsel - Antitrust Lawyer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

As an Antitrust Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and managing the organization's global antitrust compliance framework. Your main responsibilities include:

• Enhancing and continuously improving the company's antitrust compliance program, including standards, guidelines and training materials.
• Acting as a central point of contact for antitrust questions from stakeholders worldwide, from commercial teams to senior leadership.
• Designing and delivering tailored antitrust training sessions for diverse groups across the organization.
• Conducting ongoing risk assessments, identifying areas for improvement and driving the implementation of new compliance measures.
• Coordinating global compliance initiatives, including internal controls, monitoring tools and procedural adjustments.
• Working closely with legal, central functions and external experts to ensure practical, consistent and business‑oriented compliance advice.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/diverse) with bar admission or a comparable qualification.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in antitrust or compliance.
• Background in an international corporate environment, law firm or professional services firm is beneficial.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel when required.
