Senior Manager Access Management (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Own enterprise Access Management services, including PAM, Secure Remote Access, and PKI

• Ensure services meet security, availability, performance, and compliance requirements and drive continuous service improvement and maturity

• Act as Product Owner for CyberArk, defining roadmap and priorities

• Lead onboarding of platforms, applications, and infrastructure into PAM

• Ensure alignment with least-privilege and Zero Trust principles

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including incident, problem, and change management

• Lead delivery of projects, enhancements, and security improvements

• Define and maintain Access Management policies, standards, and procedures

• Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory requirements

Your qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in Identity Security, PAM, or Access Management

• Several years of experience owning or operating enterprise-scale security platforms or services in large, complex enterprise environments

• Strong hands-on and architectural knowledge of CyberArk

• Experience with BeyondTrust or similar PAM solutions

• Solid understanding of: Privileged Access Management concepts, Identity Security and Zero Trust principles, Secure Remote Access technologies as well as PKI and certificate lifecycle management

• Good understanding of IT service management processes

• Experience defining governance models, controls, and operating procedures

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills as well as a proactive approach and excellent analytical skills

• Fluent English skills required; German skills are an advantage
