Job Description

We're looking for you to join our Planning & Performance WOW team.

Tasks

• Your task is to create daily, weekly, and quarterly sales forecasts that are ambitious but realistic
• You can make a contribution by developing a deep understanding of the most important factors influencing sales, including content, offering strategy, pricing, and external factors
• Above all, your daily business involves identifying opportunities and risks and adjusting sales planning accordingly
• As a communicative interface, you'll work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, content, product, and finance teams to optimize sales channels
• You'll be responsible for leading monthly and quarterly reviews of sales performance and supporting the e-commerce and marketing teams in data‑driven optimization of their strategies
• You'll also collaborate with the commercial team to develop strategic recommendations for increasing subscription growth, improving the customer experience, and increasing long‑term profitability

Requirements

• You've a degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable field, as well as several years of experience in sales planning, business controlling, or commercial management
• Your professional experience has enabled you to acquire excellent analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a high degree of self‑motivation to achieve exceptional results
• Above all, you're characterized by your self-confidence, assertiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility
• You've the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• You also have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good German and English skills (spoken and written) complete your profile
