Senior Manager FinOps (d/f/m)

About this Position

We are looking for a result driven FinOps manager who will set‑up and lead Henkel’s FinOps practice and central team to optimise Henkel’s Cloud spend.

What You’ll Do

• Implement an efficient FinOps Framework (cultural and operational) according to FinOps Foundation on Henkel’s group‑wide cloud environments
• Provide real‑time cost insights and automate cost allocation by implementing a FinOps tool
• Conduct usage and cost price analyses to identify cost optimisation opportunities and drive them to implementation by consulting cloud teams
• Manage saving plans and reservations, monitor utilisation and provide tailored commitment purchase analyses and reports
• Collaborate and drive changes with Cloud Architects to optimise and adjust existing architectural standards towards a higher cost efficiency
• Develop and implement a cloud learning path concept to increase Henkel’s cloud knowledge and education with focus on cost optimisation

What makes you a good fit

• University degree in informatics, business administration or relevant field
• 8+ years of relevant work experience and proven track record in cloud platform and process optimisation ideally based on the FinOps foundation practice
• Strong expertise in cloud engineering, platforms and architecture (predominantly in Azure and Google Cloud)
• Ability to collaborate with and lead cross‑functional teams, including engineering, security, and business stakeholders on a global scale
• Strong hands‑on mindset and convincing communication skills
• Fluent English skills
