About the role

As our new Commercial Excellence Manager – Sales & Pricing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our sales and pricing excellence agenda globally. Building on a recently completed strategic project, you will manage, optimize, and continuously improve our customer segmentation framework, sales operating model, pricing logic, and sales performance steering.

Working closely with local sales teams and leadership across our legal entities, you will translate strategy into execution, ensuring structured performance monitoring, value-driven pricing, and commercial excellence across all markets. xtyydxe You will directly report to the Chief Sales Officer and into the central Project Management Office to ensure alignment with our broader transformation initiatives.
