Senior Manager, Growth Strategy - Quick Commercce

Responsibilities

• Own QC Growth performance across markets, accountable for QC MAU % and QC Trials by developing and executing growth strategies based on market needs, scope, initiatives, and gaining cross‑functional alignment on new opportunities.
• Monitor weekly performance trends and identify experience‑related growth opportunities.
• Define and enforce standards for QC Exposure across campaigns, homescreen, and key touchpoints.
• Partner with local growth and marketing teams to align strategy & execution.
• Establish “golden rules” for QC visibility with a strong user‑first mindset.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives with Commercial, Subscription, and different Marketing Teams.
• Produce clear, decision‑ready performance reporting for senior leadership.
• Run deep dive analyses on ad‑hoc growth and experience issues when performance deviates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in growth, marketing, strategy, consulting, or tech‑driven business.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with senior stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
• Strong prioritization skills and pragmatic 80/20 problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.
