Blueprint Medicines is seeking an innovative Senior Manager Omnichannel & Digital to join our Commercial team during an exciting period. With our leading expertise in mast cell diseases, this role is critical in shifting to a customer-centric model in targeting and moving beyond a classic marketing approach. You will be instrumental in building and executing our omnichannel and digital strategy, and execution of omnichannel communications tactics. This role involves close collaboration across Commercial and medical, including field teams. With 3 launched indications in Mastocytosis with ambitious growth trajectory, your expertise will also help us prepare for the future. Reporting to the Marketing Lead Germany, you will have the opportunity to shape and define the omnichannel commercial landscape at Blueprint Medicines Germany, setting new standards for customer engagement and experience.

What will you do?

Responsibilities

  • Set and Build Omnichannel Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial omnichannel engagement strategy that aligns with our commercial goals that integrate personal and non-personal touchpoints across the HCP journey
  • Develops systems, procedures, and processes to optimize our omnichannel engagement including utilization of data to analyze and measure the effectiveness of medical omnichannel engagement efforts
  • Oversee external vendors who support omnichannel tactics
  • Maintain awareness of competitive digital landscape and digital opinion leaders, including evaluation of trends that can be used to drive tactics and best practices
  • Ensure all omnichannel initiatives adhere to governance, legal, compliance, and regulatory standards
  • Customer Experience Optimization: Develop specific customer experience activation and channel strategies across digital (web & media), peer-to-peer programming, events, and field interactions
  • Ensure the customer experience is optimized for key stakeholders by leading engagement content mapping for customer segments
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with Digital Operations to define KPIs and analytics, establish testing plans, and drive continuous improvement

Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing omnichannel strategies

  • Content Development and Consistency: Develop content mapping and work with cross-functional teams to ensure the right materials and messaging are created
  • Ensure content consistency and alignment with commercial objectives and customer needs across all channels.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on omnichannel strategies and tools
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in omnichannel marketing and customer experience
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on omnichannel initiatives

Qualifications

What minimum qualifications do we require?

  • 5+ years’ relevant experience in the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry
  • Rare disease, allergy/immunology, or oncology experience is preferred
  • Experience leading omnichannel and digital tactics and familiarity with omnichannel and medical education platforms

What additional qualifications will make you a stronger candidate?

  • Strong planning and organizational skills to prioritize projects
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., Veeva Vault)
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
