Senior Manager Operational Efficiency AMWA (f/m/d) page is loaded## Senior Manager Operational Efficiency AMWA (f/m/d)locations: Heidelbergtime type: Temps pleinposted on: Offre publiée aujourd'huijob requisition id: JR For our Competence Center Cement AMWA we are looking for a **Senior Manager Operational Efficiency AMWA (f/m/d)**.This position is located in Heidelberg, Germany and you will report to the Area Director CCC AMWA.**YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE*** Implement the Plant Operational Model in our AMWA Region: + Build the necessary networks + Work closely with the Global POM Manager + Prepare regular reports and keep track of the progress* Coordinate Group Initiatives within the Area to reach Group targets in Sustainability and Operational Performance Improvement as, Productivity benchmarking (Pilar 1 & 3), Cost benchmarking. + Drive studies into execution including business case evaluation + Work with Global CCC, GR&D, ESG and other Group departments to achieve set targets + Investigate and support the implementation of solutions and projects “out of the box” + Support HoD on priority issues that can be challenging due to ambiguity, complexity of problem, and cross-functional nature**YOUR PROFILE*** University Degree in Engineering or Technology, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in cement or similar industrial application* Experience as a Plant Manager is beneficial* High social competence, excellent team spirit and intercultural understanding* Strong leadership, motivational, and team building skills in a multidisciplinary setting* Agile mindset to work in cross-functional teams and proactive, innovative, and value-driven thinking* Ability to demonstrate excellent lateral influencing skills and ability to manage multiple independent projects* Self-motivated with strong negotiating skills* Ability to manage changing situations effectively* Moderating skills and motivation for facilitating engaging (virtual) webinars, trainings, and workshops* Fluent English - Additional language skills are beneficial* Good know-how and application of state-of-the-art media and information technology* Willingness and ability to travel**OUR OFFER**We are convinced that only those who successfully realize their personal goals can also fully contribute professionally.
