Senior Manager Portfolio Strategy & Performance Management Enteral Nutrition -Keto

Your Main Tasks

• Conduct analysis to define future portfolio and optimization opportunities for existing portfolio through profitability, growth potential, and complexity analysis.
• Continuous reporting of market strategic dynamics, strategic competitor activities (partnerships, acquisitions, new competitor entry, investments, etc.) in key markets.
• Create new launch codes by aligning Portfolio Strategy and Strategic Marketing to ensure seamless MTS planning cycles.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and portfolio gaps to identify strategic opportunities.
• Build project business cases for launch requests of new products & roll‑out of existing products from regions or business units and align on the assumptions used with regions / market units / Business Unit as an input for Project approval in feasibility stage.

Performance Management

• Track existing product performances and conduct critical analysis on plan vs. actual deviations in responsible region.
• Track the business case evolutions through the planning cycles until end of the projects.
• Conduct post launch evaluations for all new product launches by comparing business case deviation from project approval to actual sales.
• Prepare and deliver high‑quality reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Thinkcell.
• Performance analysis against competitors.
• Ensure high quality data available for analysis by contributing to data quality improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• You have a minimum 5 years of professional experience in portfolio strategy/management, business analytics, data analytics in Clinical nutrition, FMCG (Food), consultant companies (big 4) at a global scale.
• You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Health Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics (MBA a plus).
• You bring excellent skills in assessing and reporting complex analysis at a global level.
• You have the ability to moderate decision making through all levels of hierarchy via scenario building.
• You have experience in developing financial plans and working with financial data for business plan development.
• You bring expertise in market and competitor insights analysis.
• You have high operational discipline and the ability to manage recurring reporting cycles.
• You have the ability to analyze high levels of data with attention to detail and drive clear conclusions from analysis.
• You communicate simply and to the point with the ability to report outcomes of analysis to senior stakeholders.
• You possess strong business and financial acumen and are digitally savvy, eager to implement new analytical tools and trends.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills.
• You have high intercultural competencies and enjoy working in complex, international environments.
• You have excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI, Thinkcell.
• You are proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
