We’re looking for you to join the Web/App Management Team.

Tasks

• You take full responsibility for all digital customer journeys on sky.de and the associated apps (end-to-end) with a focus on prevention
• You manage projects for journey-specific concepts and strategies as well as continuously analyze user behavior based on data and KPIs
• Your tasks include coordinating optimization and development initiatives and aligning IT requirements
• You handle stakeholder alignment and make decisions as the central authority for the digital customer journey
• You improve the user experience with a holistic 360° approach and critically review the current status quo
• You act as the main point of contact and interface for all digital journeys, collaborating with internal departments (e.g., Digital Experts, Marketing, Data Science) and external partners

Requirements

• You’ve several years of professional experience in web management, including app technologies, and bring experience in the media, digital, and e-commerce industries
• You possess solid knowledge of agile project management (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
• You’re proficient in tools such as Jira & Confluence, Contentsquare, Adobe Analytics, Miro, etc.
• You can define and prioritize requirements for local specifications
• You’ve expertise in digital services and customer products
• Your project management skills are complemented by a confident demeanor and strong presentation abilities
• You’re a highly motivated team player who works independently and takes responsibility
• Good German and English language skills complete your profile
