We are looking for a new team member who is eager to make a real difference! As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will drive the evolution of groundbreaking ideas into scalable, high‑impact solutions for real‑world challenges.

Who you are

Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 5 years of relevant work experience.

Strong proficiency in computer‑aided design (CAD) and understanding of tolerancing.

Solid understanding of mechanical principles for designing structural components.

Hands‑on experience with UAVs, including both fixed‑wing and rotary‑wing platforms.

Familiarity with additive manufacturing processes and materials; injection molding and metal design knowledge is a plus.

Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in English. German knowledge is beneficial.

Your roadmap to make an impact

Design and model new parts or refine existing designs based on requirements and performance objectives.

Contribute innovative ideas to the development of new UAV systems.

Develop and validate designs using additive manufacturing techniques.

Manage supplier relationships and coordinate component procurement, act as a sparring partner for the manufacturing department.

Take full ownership of projects, managing them from initial concept through production.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing design processes, implementing best practices, and measuring impact.
