Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor (m/w/d) to support our Data Center projects. This is a site based role, working closely with our project and engineering teams to manage all commercial aspects of the MEP packages throughout the construction lifecycle.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to estimate quantities and costs
• Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
• Ensure effective coordination and timely handling of all tender related activities and responses
• Review proposals with designers and coordinate subcontractor enquiries
• Lead the procurement process for subcontract MEP work packages
• Subcontractor management
• Manage and monitor all commercial aspects of MEP packages across assigned projects
• Responsible for cost controlling and work closely with Project Managers regarding contract variations
• Support supply chain development and preferred supplier alignment for MEP work packages

Show your expertise

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Several years of experiences in managing MEP packages on large construction projects
• Experience in data center projects is highly preferred
• Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, or process (MEP) systems and installations
• Excellent English language skills; good German languages skills are a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast paced project environment
• Motivation and independent working style to push topics independently and persistently and to achieve high quality resultsExcellent negotiation and communication skills
