(Senior) Merchandising Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you will combine technical savvy with a strong ownership mindset to directly impact the profitability of a multi-national e-commerce leader. The position is initially limited to 18 months, with a preferred start date of July 1st.

Your Responsibilities

• You implement campaigns and promotions to generate online sales and expand additional channels like Gift Cards and Retail Media to achieve our revenue targets
• You coordinate collaboration with other channels, specialist departments (e.g., Legal, Accounting, CRM, Data & BI), and external partners to maximize PC3
• You ensure the accuracy of reportings across all data sources and take responsibility for precise billing
• You make data-driven decisions, identify priorities, and develop new strategies based on business cases
• You onboard new sellers to our Ads Platform, create campaign plans, and drive process automation as well as the further development of our portfolio
• You conduct A/B tests for new strategies and features to continuously optimize our Ads Platform

Your Profile

• You have a deep technical understanding and are confident in using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Ads Platforms
• You have experience creating reports in Tableau and are skilled in data analysis and processing
• You possess a strong "ownership" mentality, are persistent, and bring high innovative power
• You communicate confidently with internal stakeholders and external partners
• You work in a structured manner and document processes and decisions diligently in Confluence
• Fluency in English is required; German skills are a must (given the close collaboration with local departments).

• Hybrid working model: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode. We are in the office together Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
