What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and scale the Paid Search channel end‑to‑end, turning it into a key growth driver for the business.
• Restructure, rebuild, and optimize accounts to reflect best practices and “what great looks like.”
• Build and execute a clear testing roadmap: from keywords and audiences to bidding strategies and ad copy.
• Lead the charge on account health: continuous clean‑up, smart audience segmentation, and automation where it drives value.
• Transform complex data into sharp insights that power fast decision‑making and measurable results.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (brand, product, analytics, media) to ensure search is fully integrated into the growth engine.

What You Need To Shine

• 5+ years of hands‑on Paid Search experience with a proven track record of scaling accounts and budgets.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Shopping, and SEM best practices, with the curiosity to keep pushing beyond the obvious.
• Analytical firepower: Fluent in data, comfortable with attribution models, and obsessed with performance metrics.
• Creative mindset for building and testing ad copy that cuts through and converts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment where speed and precision matter.
• A proactive problem‑solver who can balance operational excellence with bold, strategic thinking.
• Fluency in English and German.
