As a product designer at Agoda, you'll collaborate with a product manager, 6‑8 engineers, researchers, and cross‑functional partners. Together, you'll drive your segment of Agoda, deliver solutions to challenges, and gather feedback directly from customers and internal stakeholders.
The Customer Experience Group (CEG) is our dedicated support team, focused on providing assistance and solutions for booking‑related inquiries. As the primary point of contact for our customers and partners, CEG ensures a seamless and satisfactory experience. As a designer on the CEG team, you’ll drive great UX while meeting business objectives.
