Are you a visionary product design leader with a drive to be the best? We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of our online casino, sports betting, and poker products. You will inspire a talented team to create seamless, intuitive, and visually stunning interfaces that look incredible and perform flawlessly.

What will you do

Leadership & Vision : Drive the UI/UX vision for our online casino, sports betting, and poker products, ensuring all designs align with business goals and brand identity. Lead design projects from initial concept to final implementation.
Team Management & Mentorship : Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI and UX designers. Conduct regular design critiques, provide constructive feedback, and foster continuous learning.
Design Excellence : Set and maintain the highest standards for product design quality. Oversee the development of a scalable design system, style guides, and component libraries.
Player‑Centric Design : Advocate for the player at every stage, using data, user research, and A/B testing to create intuitive and engaging journeys.
Collaboration & Communication : Work cross‑functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver world‑class products. Present design concepts and strategies with confidence and clarity.
Hands‑On Design : Maintain a hands‑on role, creating high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and final assets for key features and new products.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in product design projects or similar roles.
Visible industry knowledge – understanding of design principles and best practices in iGaming, finance, or related industries.
Excellent communication skills – ability to convey design decisions clearly.
Strong analytical mindset – interpret data to inform decisions.
Experience with agile methodologies and cross‑functional collaboration.
Nice to have: understanding of sports in any form.
Portfolio: showcase recent works or general portfolio when applying.
