We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and execute all user experience and design-related aspects of our Driver domain within the Ridehailing team. Our ride‑hailing vertical continues to grow year‑on‑year, and we continue to hit all‑time highs in terms of performance in many markets, providing drivers and riders across markets a high‑quality ride‑hailing experience. Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Quickly prototype and iterate design concepts to initiate product momentum.
• Confidently present design ideas to senior stakeholders using a balance of data‑driven insights and strong design intuition.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and researchers to bring your design concepts to life.
• Advocate for user‑centric, high‑quality design solutions across the team, to timelines while effectively balancing multiple tasks.
• Push for visionary solutions that challenge existing ideas and drive innovation, set the quality bar and be an exemplary designer to your peers.
• Contribute to evolving design systems and ensuring consistency in UI/UX patterns.

About you:

You have experience as a Senior Product Designer, preferably in a fast‑paced technology or internet‑based company, and a proven track record of shipping digital products that serve millions of users.

You have an excellent portfolio showcasing a range of design work for mobile and web platforms, including user interface and user experience design.

You're highly proficient in design tools and software, including Figma, Jira, Confluence, and various usability testing tools.

You stay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends and emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to your work.

You can communicate fluently in English, and your exceptional collaboration skills enable you to effectively work with cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders and the ways of how we work and execute at Bolt.
