Senior Product Growth Manager

As a Senior Product Growth Manager , your objective is to drive measurable growth across dedicated product lines, uncovering insights that fuel growth, guide executional teams in translating those insights into action, and act as internal educators — deepening cross-functional understanding of the product, its benefits, and its market fit. This role is based either in London or Berlin.

What You’ll Do

• Own the commercial strategy for selected product lines; become the go-to-market owner.
• Develop, propose, and implement growth strategies based on generated learnings and insights.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders; lead cross-functional alignment and execution of business critical tasks.
• Understand and track relevant metrics; ensure data correctness and completeness.
• Execute regular research on the market, the competitive landscape, and the customer.

You’ll thrive in this role if:

• You have 5+ years within Product Growth and/or Product Marketing.
• You have a very strong analytical mindset and are detail-oriented.
• You are highly organized and possess strong project management experience from 0 to 1.
• You have toolchain familiarity with product analytics (Amplitude/GA4/Looker), CRM (Salesforce), lifecycle (Braze/HubSpot).
