Role Overview
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and evolution of our AI-powered decision intelligence products for finance departments across various industries. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX, Engineering, AI and our Business Impact Leads, to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Domain product strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for the Finance business domain, aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives.
• Product roadmap: Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and initiatives based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Requirements gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and translate them into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Product development: Work closely with engineering, UX and AI teams to oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Product performance: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize product features and user experience.
• Product leadership: Lead the Finance domain, mentor junior product managers, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a product management role.
• Proven track record of launching and managing AI-driven products or platforms.
• Strong project management, communication, and data analytics skills.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in finance or regulated industries is a plus.
• Independence, high ownership, and a proactive, solution‑driven mindset.
