Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) – AI & Automation Remote, permanent, full-time

Job description Temp-staffing agencies move fast, but their software doesn't. Dispatchers drown in manual workflows. Placements take too long. Workers wait. Invoices get delayed. The complexity of legacy ERP systems is killing productivity for our customers – and for us. Your tasks As an AI-native Product Manager (m/f/d), you will lead the development of intelligent product capabilities that create real, measurable value for customers.

Key responsibilities:

Build conversational interfaces for natural interaction with ERP data

Design and ship workflow automations to eliminate manual steps in core staffing processes

Validate and prioritize AI use cases based on real customer and business impact

Define and track KPIs to measure AI effectiveness across the product

Act as an AI thought partner to other Product Managers

You balance fast execution with continuous discovery through customer feedback and usage data.

Your profile Experience:

Proven track record shipping LLM-powered features (e.g. chatbots, AI agents, semantic search)

Strong collaboration with Engineering and AI/ML teams

Solid understanding of prompting, data quality, and modern AI architecture

Hands-on prototyping with AI tools and APIs

Execution mindset:

Bias for action — ship, measure, iterate quickly

Comfortable testing assumptions and learning fast

Experience working with complex or legacy systems

Customer focus

Regular interaction with real users and customers

Ability to turn feature requests into validated problems and solutions

Nice to have

Experience in ERP or staffing software

Language requirements

Very good German skills (minimum C1 Level) for direct customer interaction

Fluent in English
