Senior Recruiter – Commercial (mfd) maternity cover

Stellenbeschreibung:

Full cycle recruiting for commercial functions (e.g. Marketing Category Management etc.) across all levels ensuring top-quality hires and strong business alignment.
Partner with senior leaders to forecast talent needs design effective selection processes and influence hiring decisions with market insights.
Drive data-informed recruiting using metrics and dashboards to monitor funnel health hiring quality and diversity progress.
Implement improvement initiatives that optimize processes enhance candidate experience and standardize best practices across teams.
Leverage and evolve recruiting systems (ATS CRM analytics tools) to improve efficiency visibility and decision-making.
Contribute to employer branding and talent engagement representing the company in the market and building proactive pipelines for critical roles.

Qualifications :

4 years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on commercial or business functions (Marketing Category Management etc.) ideally in a fast-paced or digital environment.
Proven ability to recruit at all levels including senior leadership.
Experience using data and systems (e.g. ATS dashboards CRM tools) to improve recruiting performance.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in recruiting.
Fluency in both English and German.
