You actively shape the future & business strategy of IAV by identifying new business areas and coordinating their development. With your strategic thinking, your intuition for market potential and your ability to scale successful approaches, you will take business development at IAV to the next level. Your contribution creates sustainable growth with strategic foresight and opens up new perspectives for our global sales organization.
Your Tasks

  • You work closely with technology, TSM, sales and management to define and develop new business potential and proactively drive forward strategic growth topics
  • You coordinate strategic business developments in coordination with the relevant, decentralized organizational units
  • You analyze account strategies and identify strategic growth opportunities and transfer successful approaches to other accounts and areas in order to systematically leverage scaling potential
  • You develop scalable sales plays and campaigns and accompany their disciplined implementation in sales
  • You maintain and develop playbooks to support sales work and make successful sales methods usable across teams
  • You systematically analyze the market and competitive environment, to assess the feasibility of growth opportunities and evaluate new business models
  • You support medium and long-term planning with strategic, holistic approaches in terms of successful business development
Necessary Skills
  • Completed studies in business, engineering, natural sciences or a related field
  • Several years of experience in business development or sales strategy
  • Experience in the development and implementation of campaigns, sales plays and go-to-market campaigns
  • Ability to systematically document, communicate and scale best practices
  • Business fluent in English (C1) and German at native speaker level (C2)
