Senior Sales Manager – Mobile Robotics and Intralogistics

We are hiring for a fast‑growing deep‑tech company seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to support its continued growth. The company is focused on shaping the future of logistics and industrial automation by developing scalable robotics and automation solutions that help organizations optimize efficiency and operations in an increasingly automated landscape. This role will focus on managing complex sales projects, building long‑term customer relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end‑to‑end B2B sales engagements, combining strong commercial insight with technical understanding
  • Analyse customer requirements and design tailored solutions that drive successful deal outcomes
  • Own and lead complex contract negotiations with senior decision‑makers, ensuring sustainable, value‑driven agreements
  • Communicate customer value propositions and business impact clearly within technically complex environments
  • Work cross‑functionally with marketing and internal stakeholders, leveraging a professional CRM system
  • Build and maintain accurate lead plans, sales forecasts, and a strong long‑term opportunity pipeline to support growth

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need

  • A degree in business, engineering, or a comparable discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within intralogistics, automation, or (mobile) robotics
  • A strong ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into effective, prioritized solutions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to explain complex automation topics clearly
  • A proactive, results‑driven mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Fluency in both German and English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer and business needs
  • An established network with decision‑makers in industry, logistics, or e‑commerce is a strong plus
