Your daily business Your Responsibilities: Development and implementation of tailored Organic Growth & SEO strategies for our clientsStrategic consulting for clients regarding Organic Growth & SEO measuresLeading client teams as well as internal project teamsDriving client organic growth and ensuring their long-term successConducting SEO audits and identifying optimization potentialAnalyzing and monitoring key performance indicators (e.g., rankings, traffic, conversions)Creating competitive and market analysesCollaborating with internal teams (content, technical, dev, dedign) to implement SEO measuresDeveloping and presenting reports and actionable recommendations for clientsContinuously monitoring and adapting to current SEO trends and algorithm updates Requirements Your Profile: Several years of experience in SEO, ideally in an agency or a comparable environmentIn-depth knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page SEO, Content Strategy Experience with common SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs)Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a strong customer focusProven ability to consult high-level decision-makers and support strategic choicesLeadership experience in managing both client teams and internal project teamsResponsibility for driving organic growth and ensuring client successConfident handling of data and KPIs to optimize SEO strategiesExcellent communication skills and experience in client consultingDeep understanding of the B2B SaaS and tech scale-up (grown-up) landscape, with a focus on companies with a minimum of €5 million ARRAbility to align SEO strategies with the growth goals and business models of B2B SaaS and tech companies
