Upon qualification, funding is secured at the individual level, including multi-year support, team and infrastructure allocation, and full platform-building autonomy. Candidate Profile (Strict)

• PhD from a QS Top 100 university
• Graduated in 2022 or earlier
• Currently:
• Faculty at a QS Top 200 university, or
• Senior technical leader at a Fortune Global 500 company
• Demonstrated depth in advanced materials, thin-film systems, optical engineering, or system-level integration
