About the NT domain: The Network Technology (NT) procurement domain bears worldwide commercial responsibility for the categories of Radio Access, Infrastructure, Wireline Access and Backhaul Transmission, Core Control & IP Layer, Managed Services, as well as for the corresponding services and is the key sourcing partner for negotiation procurement, frame contract management and implementation of telecom infrastructure. The NT domain supports all affiliates and partners in all their telecom infrastructure as well as innovation projects whilst implementing procurement best practices on well about 4 bn € spend.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze & manage NatCo’s demands as defined in Demand Plan Tool or addressed by countries.
• Lead demand-based RFPs & RFQs and support countries during implementation phases.
• Define & execute cost optimization levers/plans.
• Perform active contract management/controlling with key suppliers of DT/O and manage change requests and contract life cycle.
• Lead, manage or support transversal procurement projects within BUYIN and with Business Stakeholders.

Your Profile

• University degree or an MBA in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Technology or a qualification of the same level.
• Professional experience 7+ years in comparable positions in an international company.
• Very good knowledge of telecommunication & network technologies, especially in Automation/Orchestration, NT SW Applications, Cloudification.
• Experience in managing customers, stakeholders and top suppliers of DT autonomously.
• Very good knowledge of contract law.
• High ability to structure internal and external communication, “Story-Creation/Telling skills.”
• Capacity to work on a multi‑cultural and fast‑changing environment.
• Fluency in English, German as a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
