Data Analytics

  • Build spend and category transparency; define a KPI framework (savings, supplier performance, delivery reliability, risk)
  • Create decision‑ready dashboards and routines for performance and savings tracking

Process Automation

  • Identify automation opportunities (workflows, approvals, master data, reporting) and drive implementation with tool owners
  • Improve data quality and process compliance through smart tooling and standardisation

Communication & Change Management

  • Facilitate workshops and enable stakeholders to work effectively with the new procurement set‑up

  • Confident communicator, strong stakeholder management and a collaborative approach in cross‑functional set‑ups
  • Fluency in both English and German (min. B2 level)

  • Knowledge of construction‑material markets and supplier landscapes (timber/CLT, steel, windows/façade, MEP)

What We Offer

  • Be part of something big: We are on a mission to re‑think an entire industry and reinvent construction and sustainable, affordable living
  • Enjoy ownership and room to make a mark at all organisation levels
  • Focus on results with flexible working arrangements
