  • Document test environments and ensure long‑term maintainability
  • Analyze test processes and equipment to identify improvement opportunities
  • Help introduce scalable workflows for new product releases
  • Contribute to KPI tracking (yield, test time, uptime, quality metrics)
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, Hardware, Firmware, Production, and Quality teams
  • Participate in technical discussions during early development phases
  • Support knowledge sharing through strong documentation and teamwork

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Test Engineering, or similar

  • Willingness to work onsite in our Munich area office 2–3 days per week

Nice to Have

  • Experience with production test setups or automation/fixture development
  • Knowledge of LabVIEW, C/C++, embedded interfaces, CAN, UART, or RF testing
  • Understanding of qualification standards, reliability testing, or automotive (AEC‑Q) processes
  • Experience with CI/CD or DevOps‑based test automation
