ServiceNow Expert

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Expert to join our client's team and play a key role in the Market-2-Cash initiative. You will be responsible for consulting, architecting, and developing innovative ServiceNow solutions in complex enterprise environments, focusing on Order-2-Cash and Order-2-Fulfillment processes. As a trusted advisor, you will support our client in identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and delivering high-quality ServiceNow implementations aligned with strategic and architectural goals. Your Responsibilities:Provide methodological and technical consulting on ServiceNow solutions in alignment with best practices and project architecture.Analyze current states and collaborate with business stakeholders to define and design target architectures.Develop, evaluate, and present solution options, ensuring alignment with project strategy and architectural guidelines.Design, implement, and customize ServiceNow applications, including modules, interfaces, and database integrations.Configure complex catalog items, including variables, visibilities, and UI scripting.Advise and design Flows, Subflows, and Actions, including managing input/output parameters.Design and execute automated tests using the Automated Test Framework (ATF), including regression and integration testing.Troubleshoot application errors and ensure system stability and performance.Document architectural states, solutions, and tasks using Confluence and Jira. Required Experience:5+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, architecture, and development, focusing on Order-2-Cash and Order-2-Fulfillment processes.Proven experience delivering IT projects in highly complex ServiceNow environments, including legacy system replacement (3 project references).Demonstrated expertise with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, Request Management, and Service Catalog (4 project references).Experience in designing and developing anonymization and archiving solutions in ServiceNow (2 project references).4+ years of hands-on experience with the Automated Test Framework (ATF).Strong background in working with Flows, Subflows, and Actions on the ServiceNow platform.4+ years in the architecture and development of custom ServiceNow applications.Proven ability to work effectively in scaled agile environments (Scrum, SAFe) with strong problem-solving and organizational skills (3 references).
