ServiceNow Technical Architect – Germany (Remote / Hybrid)

A leading global IT services company is expanding its ServiceNow team across Germany and is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect / Consultant to join their growing practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape complex ServiceNow projects from the ground up, working with a collaborative international team that values innovation, flexibility, and personal growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Implementing and configuring a range of ServiceNow products and modules
• Designing and developing custom applications and integrations
• Supporting workshops, demos, and client presentations in German and English
• Collaborating with customers to define requirements and deliver high-impact solutions
• Providing technical leadership across multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects

What You’ll Bring

• Several years’ hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration concepts
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator + Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, FSM, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel up to 30–50% across Germany when required
• Degree in IT or equivalent practical experience

• Experience designing integration solutions and custom workflows
