Your mission

• You are responsible for the timely completion of special and custom orders as well as setting and adjusting parameters
• You are responsible for scheduling re-cuts
• Material and time optimization in the cutting area are part of your area of responsibility
• You train new employees and regularly check their knowledge and performance
• You coordinate daily with the respective supervisors
• You process orders according to specifications
• You monitor and maintain the technical equipment, paying particular attention to all safety-related aspects
• You identify training needs
• You provide reports and, if necessary, documents for cutters
• You are responsible for ordering all materials
• You determine consumption quantities and are responsible for inventory checks
• You are responsible for replacing worn components on the production equipment

Your profile

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a production mechanic, machine and plant operator, or have a comparable qualification
• You are willing and flexible enough to work in a shift system
• You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness, as well as enthusiasm for your work
• You have good written and spoken German skills
• You are confident in using MS Office applications
