Siemens Operation Center and Intraplant Logistics System Administrator F-35 (m/f/d)

What We Are Looking For

Installation, configuration and maintenance of Teamcenter and Teamcenter Quality environments.

• Administration of Ops Center modules (Execution, Intelligence and APS) and ensuring integration with MES / ERP as well as monitoring system health, performance and availability across platforms.
• Supporting and maintaining Intraplant logistics (IPL) systems for internal material flow, line feeding and warehouse integration.
• Managing interfaces between PLM, MES, ERP (e.g. SAP) and shopfloor systems.
• Ensuring data consistency and synchronization across engineering, logistics and product platform.
• Ensuring compliance with IT security standards and audit requirements.
• Implementation of user roles, access controls and system policies as well as the creation and maintenance of system documentation, SOPs and training documents.
• Conducting regular system backups, patching and vulnerability assessments as well as evaluating and implementing enhancements to improve system efficiency and user experience.
• Providing 2nd and 3rd level support for engineering, logistics and production users, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Participating in system upgrades, migrations and rollout of new features as well as supporting the digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

What Qualifications You Should Have

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience with Siemens PLM and manufacturing systems as well as understanding of manufacturing processes and digital factory concepts.
• Good knowledge of Teamcenter, Teamcenter Quality and Ops Center as well as related Siemens certifications or training in PLM/MOM tools.
• Experience with Intraplant Logistics (IPL) systems and internal material flow processes as well as knowledge of SAP, MES and warehouse management systems.
• Familiarity with Windows / Linux servers, Oracle / SQL databases and virtualization as well as experience with CAD integrations (e.g. NX, Solid Edge).
• Scripting or automation knowledge (e.g. PowerShell, Python).
• Very good knowledge of English written and spoken, German is a plus.
