Our client, a leading global ICT service provider, is recruiting for a Site Manager to join their business in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Check and confirmation of construction release from planning to implementation phase.
• Supervision of the construction preparation including take-over site survey, realization offers.
• Coordination and moderation during finding solution in case of construction obstacle(s).
• Triggering of material call-off.
• Maintenance of forecasts and milestones in databases and systems.
• Announcement of construction start notice at landlord and completion report at customer.

Requirements

• Strong and solid project management, site management experience on Telefonica, DFMG, ATC projects.
• Strong knowledge about project process and system is mandatory.
• Very good knowledge of German (fluent to native) and English fluent.
• Willingness to travel to side occasionally.
