We are a globally operating assembly and installation company specializing in high-bay warehousing and intralogistics systems. As a key service provider for leading intralogistics groups, we operate worldwide. For our upcoming large-scale project in Australia, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to lead our steel construction team on-site.

You will be responsible for managing and supervising the realization phase of the high-bay steel construction. You will lead a team of own installers and subcontractors, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Supervision and coordination of the assembly team (steel construction) on-site
• Site Management: Acting as the main point of contact for the client, project management, and other trades on the construction site.
• Progress Control: Monitoring and steering the assembly process to ensure adherence to the project schedule.
• Responsibility: Full accountability for quality assurance, deadlines, and on-site budget control.
• Reporting: Daily documentation of site progress, reporting to the project manager, and managing site correspondence.
• Meetings: Participation in regular construction site meetings and coordination rounds.
• Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to contractual details and Health & Safety regulations.
