About The Job

Omaze is expanding into Germany, and we’re looking for a Social Media Executive to support our social media strategy and execution across all platforms. You will ensure the Omaze brand voice is engaging, consistent, and culturally relevant for the German audience, while aligning with our UK and global approach.

You will support and drive the development and execution of social media campaigns that grow our audience, drive engagement, and support performance goals across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more. You’ll also be part of a social media team of in‑house and freelance creators, ensuring content is high quality, on‑brand, and optimized for each channel.

What You’ll Be Doing

Social Media Execution

• Plan, create, and publish content across key social platforms (including Meta and TikTok).
• Write and adapt German-language captions and short‑form copy that is engaging, clear, and on‑brand.
• Localise social content from the UK market to ensure cultural relevance and impact in Germany.

Content Creation & Campaign Support

• Support the development of social‑first ideas for campaigns, launches, and promotions.
• Work with designers, videographers, and agencies to deliver high‑quality social assets.
• Assist with content shoots and on‑location projects when required.

Performance & Optimisation

• Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics.
• Use insights to optimise content and continuously improve results.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Content, Growth, Creative, and Brand teams to support marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with external partners, including charities and agencies, to ensure accurate and brand‑aligned content.
