Software Investment Professional

Finatal are partnered with a fantastic software-focused investment platform who are looking to add an Investment Professional to their office in Munich. You will work closely with the regional Head and work on acquisitions from day one. This is a unique opportunity to join a new team within a well-reputed and established platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial and non-financial information for new investment opportunities.
• Prepare and present investment summaries.
• Undertake due diligence on potential acquisitions, including building both financial and operational models.
• Collaborate with other offices across Europe and beyond.

Requirements

• 2-3 years+ in relevant space(s): M&A, FDD or CDD advisory; in-house M&A; private equity.
• Strong, demonstrable exposure to software deals.
• Ambitious, self-starting attitude.
• Exceptional academic background.
• Languages: English (essential) and German (essential).
