As a Software Test Engineer, you will ensure the quality and reliability of software applications used in clinical trials, with a focus on patient safety and data integrity. You will design, execute, and automate test plans, working closely with developers and support teams to identify and resolve defects. Your role will encompass environment setup, test data preparation, risk-based validation, and maintaining thorough documentation. Accountabilities:

• Review product requirements to ensure clarity, consistency, and testability
• Develop and execute validation plans based on risk-based testing methodology
• Set up test environments, prepare test data, and author test scripts
• Document defects, track resolutions, and support software deployment across environments
• Collaborate with development and support teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
• Automate test scripts using industry-standard tools
• Assist in investigating and resolving production issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Over 4 years of experience in web application testing
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and principles
• Proficient in SQL and experience with test automation tools
• Ability to design and execute test cases for complex software modules
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and learning skills
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
