As a

Solution Architect (Dynamics 365 CE) , you will take ownership of complex CRM transformation programmes across enterprise and multi-market environments.

This role combines architecture design, stakeholder engagement and pre-sales involvement within large-scale Customer Engagement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities • Support planning, implementation and analysis of complex Dynamics 365 CE programmes • Design solution architectures, technical concepts and process models • Lead enterprise CRM rollouts across multiple markets or divisions • Develop integration strategies and governance frameworks • Design Dataverse architectures and security models • Define interface strategies and system integration concepts • Participate in workshops and stakeholder management at senior level • Support pre-sales activities including presentations and proposal processes • Optionally work with Power Platform and Azure integration components

Your Profile • 8–12+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE • Strong architecture and governance background • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) • Knowledge of Azure components including Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions and API Management • Strong understanding of Customer Service, Sales, Dataverse and security models • Experience in integrations and process modelling • Fluent German and business-level English • Structured, independent and team-oriented approach

Nice to Have • Field Service and CI Journeys experience • Microsoft certifications • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management • Pre-sales exposure • Willingness to travel depending on project requirements
