Space Bid Manager - B2G Germany (m/f/d)

Atmos is seeking a Bid Manager – B2G to lead our bid and proposal efforts across German and wider European institutional opportunities. In this role, you will drive the full lifecycle of bids for organisations such as DLR, ESA, the European Commission and CNES, ensuring high-quality submissions that position Atmos for strategic success.

Key Responsibilities

• You will manage the full bid lifecycle from capture to submission
• You will work with DLR, ESA, and EC stakeholders to identify upcoming calls
• You will coordinate technical, financial, and legal inputs
• You will ensure compliance with institutional formats and deadlines

Profile required

• 5+ years in institutional bidding or project management (DLR, ESA prime, or similar)
• Strong proposal writing and structuring skills
• Excellent command of German and English; French is a plus
• Deep understanding of European funding frameworks
• Experience in systems engineering
