• Design and implement strategies to attract high-value customers and scale long-term growth.

• Solid technical or academic background, ideally with a focus on international digital marketing.
• Sound knowledge of economics and business fundamentals.
• High degree of flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent comprehension skills combined with strong communication abilities and a structured working style.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of statistics and sales psychology.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus, especially Italian.
