Job Description

We are looking for a Specialist, People Partner (12‑month FTC) to join the People & Culture Team and support the employee experience across Delivery Hero.

Responsibilities

• Coach and advise managers and employees on day‑to‑day people‑related operations and labour‑law issues (e.g., employee interviews, compliance cases).
• Analyse data and trends to provide input for business strategy and partner with People Business Partners to prevent recurring issues.
• Coach, train, and guide managers during the Talent Management and Pay review processes and on policies.
• Advise and enable managers on Workday‑related processes and changes.
• Collaborate with the Hero Support and People Business Partner teams on people processes, change management, etc.
• Take on and participate in cross‑functional projects.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2+ years of experience in a People Operations / Junior HR Business Partner or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of German Labour law.
• Passion for making an impact and driving solutions.
• High business acumen and a bias to action; when faced with a problem see an opportunity to improve processes.
• Previous experience with Workday or a similar HRIS tool.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
