Position Overview
The Sr. Manager Operations Finance Business Partner will be a key financial partner, responsible for driving the financial performance and strategy of TIME Manufacturing’s supply chain operations. This individual will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Operations and Procurement organizations, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. As a strategic advisor, the Manager of Finance will work closely with the Operations and Procurement teams to enhance operational and supply chain efficiencies and improve profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with European operations and supply chain objectives and support overall business goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish financial forecasts and budgets.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead financial planning processes for the European operations and supply chain, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Prepare and present detailed financial reports related to supply chain activities, highlighting trends, variances, and actionable insights.
- Cost Management: Conduct thorough analyses of labor, overhead and supply chain costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement to enhance profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that financial targets are achieved.
- Inventory Optimization: Collaborate with European operations and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels, ensuring alignment with working capital objectives while meeting production and customer needs.
- Capital Expenditures: Evaluate and monitor capital expenditure projects related to the supply chain, ensuring that investments are aligned with long‑term company goals and provide a clear return on investment.
- Operational Efficiency: Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operations and supply chain efficiencies, reduce lead times, and mitigate risks.
- Business Partnering and Collaboration: Partner with multiple cross‑functional teams to integrate financial considerations into operations and supply chain strategies. Provide financial expertise and guidance to cross‑functional teams to drive effective decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA or CPA is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in finance
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and cost analysis skills.
- In‑depth understanding of operations and supply chain processes, including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across functions.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems).
