Your Role

As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Genioo you will lead the full cycle recruiting effort for salaried positions and serve as the face of the organization for candidates during their journey. As a trusted partner to hiring managers and senior level stakeholders, you will influence how Genioo attracts, evaluates, and hires top talent. You will focus on both client‑facing roles from Project Managers to Partner and operational positions.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Genioo by building strong talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and driving a data‑informed, innovative approach to recruiting.

What You’ll Do

• Actively engage in talent attraction and employer branding. Proactively build talent pipelines for life science consulting profiles.
• Leverage diverse sourcing strategies and stay abreast of market trends to identify and engage top talent for active searches and future pipelines.
• Create compelling outreach to engage passive and active profiles.
• Lead full life cycle of recruiting process from kick‑off to offer, and manage relationships with candidates, hiring team and hiring manager.
• Partner with hiring managers to guide decisions, provide insights, and ensure high‑quality and consistent hiring practices.
• Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to enhance recruiting operations, tools, and processes. Contribute to quarterly goals and innovation focused on process efficiency, quality, and diversity of talent.
• Use ATS data (Greenhouse or similar) to generate KPIs and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Who You Are

• You bring 10+ years of professional experience, including full lifecycle recruiting
• You have recruited for a Strategy or Management Consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or another professional services firm - required
• You have successfully recruited client‑facing consultants and can confidently assess both functional expertise and soft skills
• You thrive in a high‑touch, low‑volume recruiting environment and appreciate developing relationships and a pipeline of high caliper candidates
• You have knowledge of - or a strong interest in - the life science industry
• You are comfortable advising and influencing senior‑level stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
