Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist: Product & Tech (F/M/D)

Your contributions to our journey:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top product and tech talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle , from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruiting platforms and networks to source candidates.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment data and reports , ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Build and enhance our employer brand , showcasing our culture and values to attract the best talent.

What you need to be successful:

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment , with a focus on roles in product and tech teams.
• Proven track record of hiring in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English , both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
